We have an open position for an enthusiastic Administration/Marketing Assistant
35 hours per week Monday to Friday. Salary £14,500 - £18,000 per annum depending upon skills and experience.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person who is passionate about animals to join a small team working to improve animal welfare standards worldwide.
Responsibilities: (training will be provided)
Respond to supporter queries via telephone and in writing.
Open and process post, which will be high volume periodically.
Support and maintain our Salesforce CRM Database.
Assist with running and developing database reports and groups.
Assist with marketing campaigns and related activities.
PC literate with sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and good typing skills.
Experience with, or some knowledge of, CRM Databases is an advantage but not essential.
Experience of digital marketing across various online tools including our website, social media platforms and eNewsletters is an advantage but not essential.
Working knowledge of creative packages such as Photoshop and InDesign is an advantage but not essential.
A good level of English spelling and grammar.
Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A confident and efficient telephone manner is essential.
Excellent attention to detail.
An organised approach and self-motivated.
The ability to use your own initiative but also know when to involve your supervisor.
