Compassionate Shopping Guide

Special Offer - £3 (Reduced from £5)

Shopping selectively shows you care

Despite living in the 21st century, many companies selling cosmetic, household and pet care products still deliberately inflict pain and torture on defenceless animals.

Through making informed choices you can use your purchasing power to only support companies that have committed to using cruelty-free ingredients.

Why compromise when you can use the Compassionate Shopping Guide to find cruelty-free alternatives for friends and family? You could even discover a new favourite!

Money isn’t everything – or is it?

Our endorsement criteria is very strict as we also take into consideration the policy of parent companies. If a parent company doesn’t have a cruelty-free policy in place, then its brands and any subsidiary companies won’t be endorsed by us – even if they claim to be cruelty-free and are endorsed by other organisations.

The latest edition includes:

  • +170 endorsed personal care/cosmetic companies and brands
  • 34 endorsed household cleaning product companies and brands
  • Over 1000 companies and brands to AVOID
  • A NEW Pet Care section!

Order your copy today!

Please note – If you are ordering a Compassionate Shopping Guide from outside the UK, please contact us and we will advise you of the additional charge to cover postage.

UPDATES: If you already have a copy of the 14th edition of the Compassionate Shopping Guide and would like to find out about newly-endorsed companies, please click here.

Why donate to Naturewatch Foundation?

We keep our costs to a minimum on principle and we work hard to make your donations go further for the animals. As an example of your gift in action, £5 would...

  • Cover the cost of neutering one small-sized dog to stop him contributing to the stray dog population in Ukraine
  • Convince up to 1,250 potential puppy buyers via social media to provide a home for a rescue dog
  • Help expose cruel animal experiments by making them headline news
  • Provide one teacher with a training pack consisting of three handbooks OR print two sets of three children’s textbooks (‘Companion Animals’, ‘Farm Animals’, and ‘Wild Animals’) in Ukraine
  • Help power the World Animal Day movement to raise the status of animals in order to improve welfare standards around the globe

Please visit our Campaign Section  to see how we are currently improving the lives of animals around the world. If you would like to know how your donation is helping, please sign up  for our quarterly e-newsletter.

On behalf of the animals, we sincerely thank you!
