Fundraising
If you’re as passionate about animal welfare as we are, and you have the time to spare, why not hold a fundraising event?
If you’re under 16 you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian.
Here are some ideas to get you started, but you can be as creative as you like – if you have an original idea you’d like to try out, just let us know.

Fundraising
Involve the neighbours – ideas for your community
- A sponsored walk, run, swim or bike ride – or maybe a sponsored dog walk?
- Mini sports tournament – rounders, cricket or five-a-side football, with an entry fee to take part.
- A bake sale – giving tastes better with cake.
- A car boot or garage sale.
- Organise a raffle and ask local businesses to donate items as raffle prizes.
- A karaoke night at your local pub – pay to sing (or pay to stop others from singing).
- A pub charity quiz night – sometimes kudos is reward enough.
Ideas for your school
- Non-uniform day, or if there’s no uniform, dress up for the day
- Talent competition.
- Organise a disco.
- A fundraising car wash.

Volunteering
Our dedicated volunteers are a huge help, bringing valuable skills and resources to our projects. Popular roles include design, animation, copywriting and research.
Leave a legacy
As a small charity reliant on public donations, gifts in wills are really important to us. It’s also a chance to make a difference, long into the future.
